This meta-function checks if a type is either bool, double, string, ptime, unsigned int or enum or not.

Parameters:

ElementType

: The type to be checked.

Return values:

IsBasic<ElementType>::value_

: 1 if ElementType is either bool, double, string, ptime, unsigned int or enum; 0 otherwise.
